Senior Technical Program Manager

as a Senior Technical Program Manager, where you will own delivery with our largest enterprise clients. You will run the weekly cadence, scope client requests, push back on unrealistic demands, and escalate issues as needed. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, excellent communication skills, and a technical foundation. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Support, and the business side, translating client needs into requirements and engineering constraints into language clients accept.

Responsibilities

• Run the weekly cadence with clients, own the project plan, status, risks, and decisions.
• Scope client requests with judgment, turning vague asks into scoped, agreed requirements.
• Push back on unrealistic requests, break down large requests into manageable parts, and escalate critical issues at the right time.

Requirements

• Proven Client-Facing Skill: Ability to describe a past client project, its conflicts, and how you handled them, clearly and without heavy prompting
• High Technical Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication, adjusted for engineers, executives, and clients
• Technical Foundation: Past experience as a software engineer, or a computer science degree plus hands-on technical work. You can follow architecture and delivery tradeoffs and judge effort without being hand-held. You don't need to be coding today
• Willingness to Say No: You hold a position under pressure, neither a doormat nor combative, and keep the client's trust
• Cross-Functional Track Record: Experience working with Product, Engineering, Support, the business side, and clients on go-to-market products
• Platform-Level Understanding: You learn how the whole product fits together, not only one client's slice, and use that to right-size requests

Preferred

• Program Management Experience: 7-10+ years running technical programs with external stakeholders. Prior TPM, consulting, solutions or forward-deployed engineering, or similar client-facing technical roles all count
• Experience with large enterprise or financial-institution clients

Familiarity with security, compliance, and due-diligence reviews

• Experience with enterprise integrations, SSO, or data handling (such as PII redaction)
• Exposure to WealthTech, FinTech, or estate and tax planning (helpful, not expected)
• Experience building repeatable client delivery processes
