Operations Associate (Acquisition)

Join Wheely, a high-growth business in the chauffeur industry. As a Chauffeur Recruiter in Paris, you will own the entire chauffeur acquisition process, from sourcing to conversion. You will have a direct impact on the marketplace supply and will be responsible for managing a high-volume acquisition pipeline. This role requires experience in high-volume recruitment or sales, comfort with data, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities

• Posséder l'entonnoir d'acquisition de chauffeurs de bout en bout : sourcing, screening, qualification et conversion des leads.
• Construire et gérer un pipeline d'acquisition à volume élevé, en suivant les progrès de chaque chauffeur depuis l'inscription jusqu'au premier voyage.
• Utiliser les données pour identifier les performances d'acquisition sous-performantes et concevoir des solutions.
