Business Controller (German Speaker)

Join Quadient, a company dedicated to supporting businesses in their digital transformation and growth journey. As a Business Controller, you will be responsible for delivering financial insights and supporting strategic planning across the organization. You will work closely with business leaders, analyze revenue and costs, and contribute to long-term financial planning. This role requires fluency in both German and English, as you will be collaborating with international stakeholders and German-speaking business partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and continuously improve monthly and quarterly management reporting packages.
• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in FP&A, Controlling, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Solid understanding of IFRS, HGB, and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills with a strong affinity for data analytics and financial systems.
• Experience with SAP, Workday, or other ERP/planning tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment.
