Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and UX/UI teams to define scope, align priorities, and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
• Identify risks, blockers, and delivery challenges early, driving mitigation plans and timely escalation.

Requirements

• Experience with consumer-facing digital products, ideally in media, streaming, sports, entertainment, or subscription platforms
• Proven experience delivering large-scale software programmes across multiple engineering and product teams
• Hands-on experience with Technical Program Management, Program Management, or related experience in technology organisations

Experience managing programmes across web and mobile platforms

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery, release processes, and digital product delivery
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams across functions, geographies, and organisational boundaries
• Ability to identify risks early, solve complex problems, and deliver business outcomes
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple initiatives
• Passion for sports, media, and technology, with a focus on creating exceptional fan experiences
