Offer Manager

Nexans, a global leader in cable manufacturing, as an Offer Manager for the Iberia region. In this role, you will lead the management and strategy of marketing, branding, and the offer portfolio, ensuring the development of new solutions and the growth of sales, market share, and profitability. You will be responsible for defining the marketing strategy, developing new offers, managing the full life cycle of the portfolio, and overseeing the execution of the marketing plan.

Responsibilities

• Define the marketing strategy for Iberia aligned with the Business Unit and set qualitative and quantitative objectives for the portfolio.
• Manage the full life cycle of the portfolio, monitor competitors, and benchmark offers in terms of price, features, and cost-oriented design.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have a university degree, a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or business development, and advanced English language skills.
• Lead the management and strategy of marketing, branding, and the offer portfolio for Nexans in the Iberia BU.
