Operator

Join Nexans, a global leader in cable manufacturing, as an Operator. In this role, you will proficiently operate and maintain equipment in a high voltage cable production environment, ensuring product quality and safety. You will interact with the Man Machine Interface, follow standard work instructions, complete operational paperwork, and perform quality checks. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, manufacturing experience, and strong communication skills.

• Safely operate and maintain cleanliness of equipment used in cable manufacturing while meeting quality standards.
• Interact effectively with Man Machine Interface (MMI), including shop floor systems and operator displays.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to verify product specifications using tools such as micrometers, OTDR, gauge block microscope, and related equipment.
