As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be part of the AI Transformation team, driving the company's next wave of growth and shaping the future of the workforce. Your day-to-day will involve owning and delivering end-to-end AI systems, designing context and retrieval strategies, building evaluation frameworks, designing tool integrations, and influencing technical direction.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver end-to-end AI systems, identifying user problems and building AI systems that solve them.
  • Design context and retrieval strategies, including retrieval pipelines, conversation memory, and summarization strategies.
  • Build evaluation frameworks, including automated evaluation pipelines and human-in-the-loop review processes.

Requirements

  • You should have experience in production AI agent engineering, a product mindset, full-stack delivery, strong communication skills, and fluency in AI-assisted development.
