Join Multiverse, the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption. As a Talent Partner, you'll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, designing structured interview processes, managing candidate relationships, analyzing pipeline data, and collaborating with the People and Talent team. You should have proven experience in a recruiting or Talent Partner role, be comfortable with data, and have a strong motivation to learn.

Partner with hiring managers to expertly qualify requirements, challenge assumptions using market data and past hiring experience.

Design structured interview and assessment processes for the roles you own, and run processes that focus on the very highest quality of hire.
