Implementation Manager

Exiger as an Implementation Manager, where you'll lead complex enterprise deployments of our cutting-edge SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• You'll serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through onboarding, configuration, and go-live processes.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Client Services teams to translate client objectives into actionable implementation strategies.
• Develop and deliver supply chain risk frameworks that align with client-specific compliance, resilience, and ESG goals.
• Support team members, document and improve internal processes, and act as a feedback loop between clients and internal teams.
• Lead complex enterprise deployments of Exiger’s SaaS platforms, ensuring seamless rollout and rapid time-to-value.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Client Services teams to translate client objectives into actionable implementation strategies.
• Act as a process expert—translating client needs into platform design decisions and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Ability to synthesize complex supply chain data and turn it into actionable insights for clients
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, process optimization, and enterprise technology implementation
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, Supply Chain certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP), or engineering background a strong plus
• Strong understanding of supplier onboarding, risk assessment, and lifecycle management

Preferred

• Proven experience in applying data-driven approaches to risk management and mitigation
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional implementations with external stakeholders in high-stakes environments
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and tools like Salesforce, SAP, or other ERP plus project management systems
