Staff Technical Program Manager

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional programs, coach and grow the team's TPM, and help shape the future of the TPM function at Suno. You will have the opportunity to create and drive programs, partner with engineering leadership, and contribute directly to team velocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs end to end, including model launches and multi-team engineering efforts.
• Coach and grow the team's Technical Program Managers, building mentorship and structure.
• Help shape what "TPM" means at Suno, including the working model and organizing principles.

Requirements

• A clear, articulable framework for how you evaluate and measure whether a program is actually succeeding

8–10 years in program or technical program management

• Enough technical/coding fluency to get hands-on and understand the work that needs to be done, not just coordinate around it
• Track record of building a program from zero in genuine ambiguity and landing it
• Experience coordinating launches for AI or ML-driven products

Preferred

• Experience coaching or mentoring other program managers
• Background at a consumer tech company, a high-scale tech company, or a hypergrowth scale-up

Pay

USD 230,000 - 300,000
