Software Engineer (Internal Tools)

Suno, a rapidly growing AI Operations Engineering team, as a Software Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the direction and architecture of internal tools that streamline operations across various departments.

Responsibilities

• You will build agents, workflows, and custom tools, evaluate and integrate third-party tools, and contribute to our self-service app deployment platform.
• You will also design and implement new patterns for internal APIs and integrate customer experience systems.

• You have a track record of building, maintaining, and supporting internal tooling or systems that streamline engineering or business operations
• You’re eager to learn and share agentic coding best practices and tools
• You thrive in an early-stage, 0→1 environment where the problem space is still being defined

Preferred

• You’ve worked with agent frameworks (e.g. LangGraph) and eval or observability tooling (e.g. LangSmith, Braintrust)
• You’re familiar with support tooling, CRM systems, or workflow automation platforms

You bring 2+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
