Production Shift Supervisor

Join our team as a Production Shift Supervisor, where you'll be responsible for supervising the production department and ensuring safety, quality, production, and delivery reliability standards are met. You'll interact with other departments to resolve issues, provide motivation and support to operators, and facilitate initiatives to meet company objectives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and a college diploma in Business or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production department to ensure compliance with safety, quality, production, and delivery reliability standards.
• Interact with other departments to resolve problems related to equipment breakdown, process control, and quality issues.
• Provide motivation, coaching, and support to operators to ensure compliance with machine production targets and continuous improvement.
