Founder’s Associate Intern

Join HOLY, a successful and growing consumer brand, as a Founder’s Associate Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the Founders and the Business Development and Special Projects team, supporting strategic and operational topics. You will gain exposure to various areas, including Organizational Development, Strategic Planning and Execution, Product Development, and Regulatory and Compliance. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn from industry leaders and make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Assister le Corporate Development Lead et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fondateurs et l'équipe de développement commercial sur des sujets stratégiques et opérationnels.
• Préparer des présentations et des documents internes, analyser des données et les traduire en informations simples, organiser et documenter des réunions.
• Coordonner des projets interfonctionnels entre les équipes et s'assurer que les délais et les priorités sont respectés.

Requirements

• Languages: English fluency required; German is a strong plus but not mandatory
• High Standards: Produces clean, accurate, and well-thought-out work — every detail counts
• Analytical & Pragmatic: Thinks logically, solves problems fast, and gets things done efficiently

Availability: 3–6 months
