Responsibilities

• Construire et maintenir l'infrastructure de connaissance et d'évaluation des agents pour les agents à long terme de Fieldguide.
• Collaborer avec des ingénieurs seniors pour exécuter la feuille de route de fiabilité et de qualité de la plateforme.
• Effectuer une analyse des erreurs sur le comportement des agents et aider à transformer les résultats en améliorations concrètes de la qualité.

Requirements

• You're motivated by long-horizon agents that do real work in production
• Hands-on experience building AI products
• Working knowledge of evals and error analysis
• Platform engineering skills
• Frontend experience
• Distributed systems experience
