Senior Software Security Engineer

Join Fieldguide as a Senior Software Security Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in building and maintaining our security function from the ground up. Responsibilities

• Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie pour identifier les risques majeurs dans un système avant son lancement et construire des cadres et des bibliothèques sécurisés.
• Construire et maintenir des systèmes de gestion des identités et des secrets, y compris l'émission, la rotation et l'authentification des charges de travail.
• Renforcer les contrôles de sécurité de notre cloud et contribuer à la gestion continue de la posture de sécurité du cloud.

Requirements

• You’re familiar with Kubernetes security primitives, including RBAC, namespaces, network policies, and admission controllers
• You have 5+ years of software engineering experience building and maintaining security-relevant systems in production
• You thrive on breadth, ambiguity, and evolving priorities rather than a single narrow lane
• You have hands-on experience with identity and secrets management, including protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and OIDC
• Experience with developer security tooling such as SAST, dependency scanning, or secure build infrastructure

Preferred

• Experience with SAML or SPIFFE/SPIRE, or building workload authentication systems from scratch
• Experience securing LLM-based or agentic systems
