Manager of Corporate Development

Take-Two Interactive, a leading interactive entertainment company, as a Manager of Corporate Development. In this highly visible role, you will work with senior management and the board of directors to drive M&A, investments, strategic initiatives, and the company's overall long-term strategy. You will perform rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop financial models, monitor industry trends, conduct research on competitors, assist in due diligence efforts, and prepare presentations for senior management and board meetings. Responsibilities

• Conduire des analyses quantitatives et qualitatives rigoureuses pour éclairer les décisions clés de l'organisation.
• Développer et affiner des modèles financiers pour évaluer et valoriser les acquisitions potentielles et les initiatives stratégiques.
• Surveiller les tendances de l'industrie du divertissement interactif pour identifier les opportunités émergentes.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate is adept at financial modeling, skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights, and has excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior leadership
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner both written & verbally
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in building financial/operating models and a thorough understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Precedent Transactions, Public Trading Comparables, SOTP, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and/or Corporate Development
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

• Prior experience in the interactive entertainment industry is preferred
