Principal Consultant Support Services

Join NTT DATA, a leading global technology services provider. As a Principal Consultant Support Services, you will be responsible for designing and developing sustainable, scalable service offers. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the design of services meets the real needs of clients across a global marketplace. This is a hybrid working position.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop paper prototypes for review with clients and stakeholders to ensure scope and definition is feasible and viable.
• Document Internal Service Definitions for new service offers and service capabilities, and facilitate ideation and design workshops.
• Coordinate with other architects, designers, and subject matter experts responsible for detailed solution designs, ensuring that designs meet the common and specific design principles.
