Program Manager (Foundation AI)

Responsibilities

• Conduire des projets d'IA fondamentale depuis le lancement jusqu'au développement, au déploiement et à la stabilisation.
• Travailler avec l'équipe FAI, la science des données, l'intelligence des capteurs, les laboratoires WHOOP, l'ingénierie des données, le logiciel, le firmware pour garantir que les objectifs et les priorités du projet sont alignés.
• Établir et maintenir la gouvernance du programme, y compris les cadences de planification, les rapports d'état, les forums de décision et la communication exécutive.
• Understanding of technical issues to facilitate resolution of project blockers is a plus

Requirements

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming processes
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., model training, inference, data pipelines, evaluation, experimentation), hands-on coding experience is not required
• Clear, confident communicator who can bridge deeply technical teams and business stakeholders

Experience working with AI or applied ML teams

• Data-driven approach to strategic planning, comfortable reviewing metrics and identifying ways to measure program success
• 2+ years of industry experience in program or project management, preferably involving AI/ML, data platforms or large-scale systems
