As a Talent Business Partner, you will work closely with leaders in Engineering, Hardware, and Software to enhance organizational effectiveness and create scalable people practices. This hands-on role requires a strategic mindset and strong execution skills. You will serve as the primary HR partner for technical leaders, support performance differentiation, enable high-quality feedback and career conversations, and align with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategy.

Serve as the primary HR partner for Engineering, Hardware, and Software leaders, helping them navigate scale moments and coaching technical managers.

Responsibilities

• Support performance differentiation and ensure managers address issues early and fairly, enabling consistent, high-quality feedback and career conversations.
• Align with Talent Acquisition on technical hiring strategy, interview process health, candidate experience, and hiring manager enablement.
