Engineering Lab Manager

Join Humanoid, a robotics company on a mission to build the world's most capable humanoid robots. As the Engineering Lab Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized lab environment, managing inventory, supporting hardware and equipment, facilitating general lab operations, and supporting the team day-to-day. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized lab environment, and keeping workbenches, storage, and shared spaces in order.
• Tracking and restocking components, consumables, tools, and lab equipment, and owning the procurement process for day-to-day lab needs.
• Assisting engineers with equipment setup, basic maintenance, and calibration of lab tools, and coordinating repairs or replacements.
