Field Operations Associate

Join Humanoid, a company on a mission to build the world's most capable humanoid robots. As a Field Operations Associate, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring our humanoid robots in live customer environments. You will be the face of the company at customer facilities and will need to be practical, calm under pressure, and comfortable working with cutting-edge hardware and software.

• Set up, start up, monitor robots at customer sites, and ensure safe and reliable performance.
• Track, document, and escalate issues to on-site leadership, with clear observations, logs, and reproduction steps.
• Perform routine and basic maintenance on-site (cleaning, inspections, minor troubleshooting), and call for on-site technical support when needed.
