People Operations Manager

Join our team as the first UK-based People Operations Manager. In this role, you will build and scale our People function across the UK and EMEA, shaping the employee experience as we grow. You will have the autonomy to set priorities, build solutions, and drive them from idea to execution. Your responsibilities will include managing people programs and systems, benefits, immigration and compliance, culture and manager partnership, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of People Operations or HR experience in a high-growth environment, strong project management skills, and experience supporting rapid expansion across EMEA.

• Experience supporting rapid expansion across EMEA, including scaling operations across countries and navigating local employment practices
• 5+ years of People Operations or HR experience in a high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience with UK immigration and visa sponsorship, plus exposure to immigration and employee mobility across EMEA
• Clear communication, high emotional intelligence, and discretion with sensitive information
