Talent Operations Manager

Join our team as a Talent Operations Manager, where you'll build the infrastructure behind our hiring process. You'll manage our recruiting systems, implement AI and automation, analyze hiring data, and improve the hiring process end to end. This is a hands-on role that requires strong operational judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the recruiting systems, including workflows, integrations, reporting, permissions, and data quality.
• Build AI and automation into the hiring process, identifying high-impact opportunities and designing, testing, and rolling out workflows.
• Turn hiring data into decisions by building dashboards and analyses covering funnel conversion, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and more.
• Strong operational judgment: you know when a process needs more structure and when it needs to be simpler
• The ability to work across Talent, Finance, People and hiring teams, build alignment and follow through on changes

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, including experience building forecasts or capacity models from imperfect data
• Attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information and a genuine interest in making hiring better for candidates and interviewers
• 4+ years in talent operations, recruiting operations or a related role, with experience building systems and processes in a fast-growing company
• Hands-on ATS ownership, ideally Ashby, including configuration, reporting and workflow design - not just experience using it as a recruiter
• The ability to turn an ambiguous question into a clear analysis, explain the implications and recommend a practical next step
