  • Shares knowledge with colleagues and takes part in reviews
  • Balances delivery pace against reliability, security and supportability
  • Intrinsically driven toward self-improvement
  • Happy to be challenged by peers and seniors alike, argue your case on its merits and work with a “best idea wins” mindset

  • Exposure to AI-assisted engineering workflows beyond basic code completion
  • Exposure to or familiarity with Ansible or other configuration-as-code tooling
  • Sees work through to completion and keeps others informed along the way

  • Contributes to design discussions, asks constructive questions and is open to feedback
  • Works effectively across team boundaries with Product Engineering, Cloud Operations and other internal teams
  • Adopts new tooling, including AI, where it demonstrably helps, and is comfortable saying where it does not

Preferred

  • Experience working with internal developer platforms, golden paths or self-service developer tooling
