Solutions Engineer

Trustpilot as a Solutions Engineer, where you'll work closely with New Business Account Executives and Account Managers to drive revenue growth and ensure technical win rates. You'll bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and strategic business outcomes, delivering tailored product demonstrations and designing scalable solution architectures. You'll also lead pilot programs, act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of web technologies (APIs, JavaScript, SaaS integration) and aptitude for explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Solid commercial awareness and ability to connect technical features to business value and customer goals
• Eagerness to learn sales cycles and partner effectively with Account Executives in supporting active deal opportunities
• Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment alongside Sales and Customer Success colleagues

Preferred

• Foundational knowledge or background in pre-sales, technical support, or customer facing technical roles, with a strong interest in SaaS environments
