GTM Enablement Specialist

You will focus on the Box Consulting segment of the business and help drive overall enablement strategies. Responsibilities

• Partner with Box Consulting (BC) and GTM Enablement leaders to define role-based curricula and programs that build Box Consultants’ knowledge and skills.
• Own onboarding for all BC new hires, continuously improving the experience to help new consultants ramp quickly and effectively.
• Build strong relationships with BC stakeholders and design enablement programs that align to the organization’s priorities and business objectives.
