Lead Developer Full Stack

Join Roundtable, a fast-growing company revolutionizing private equity. As a Lead Developer, you'll lead a squad of 4 to 5 engineers, drive execution and delivery, and set the technical direction. You'll also have the opportunity to write code and help engineers grow.

Responsibilities

• Diriger une équipe de 4 à 5 ingénieurs, en supervisant la planification, les priorités, les compromis et la livraison des projets.

• Définir la direction technique de l'équipe, en challengeant les conceptions, en aidant à résoudre des problèmes difficiles et en maintenant la qualité du code.

Requirements

• Experienced engineer. You have 7+ years building products with TypeScript and Node.js, full-stack or backend-leaning.
• Proven lead. You've spent at least 2 years leading engineers as a Lead Dev or Tech Lead, and you can point to people you helped grow.
• Player-coach. You enjoy coaching and coding. Coaching doesn't frustrate you, and writing code doesn't make you feel you're neglecting your team.
• Direct and kind. You give honest feedback early and take it just as well.
• Pragmatic. You care about good engineering without dogma. You know when to go deep and when shipping something good enough is the right call.
• Precise. You know that bugs on a financial platform cost people real money, and you build a team culture around that.

Preferred

• Experience in fintech or another regulated environment
• Experience leading a codebase migration or scaling a platform through fast growth

Pay

• Salary: 80 à 90K, depending on experience
• EUR 80,000 - 90,000
