Head of People (M/F)

Join Roundtable, a fast-growing investment platform operating across Europe. As the Head of People, you will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for defining and executing our People strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect. You will report directly to the CEO and be a member of the leadership team. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to build and lead a People team as the company grows.

• Définir et exécuter une stratégie People qui soutient directement la croissance de Roundtable, en possédant la planification de la main-d'œuvre et le budget People.
• Posséder le plan de recrutement et la stratégie de recrutement dans tous les pays, en construisant un processus d'embauche structuré et équitable.
• Assurer la conformité légale en matière de ressources humaines dans toutes les juridictions actives et dans chaque nouveau pays lors de l'expansion.

* 10+ years in HR, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role spanning multiple European countries

* Proven track record in a fast-paced, demanding environment (legal, finance, or investment preferred)

* Hands-on experience scaling HR functions in high-growth companies, from startup/scale-up to mid-size.

* Expert command of European employment law across major jurisdictions - France at minimum.

* Strong background in organizational development, change management, and cultural transformation

* Experience as a HR business partner across multiple geographical zones.
