Product Engineer (A.I)

As a Product Engineer, you will play a key role in developing new AI-powered products and enhancing existing ones. You will work across the full stack, from understanding client needs to designing and shipping solutions. This is a high-growth environment with a strong focus on AI and solid engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Concevoir, construire et expédier des fonctionnalités à travers l'ensemble de la pile technologique pour nos produits alimentés par l'IA, tant nouveaux qu'existants.
• Travailler avec les clients et les collègues du produit pour comprendre leurs besoins et concevoir les bonnes solutions.
• Posséder la conception technique de parties complexes du système, en prenant des décisions d'architecture qui évolueront.

Requirements

• Experience discovering client needs and turning them into well-designed solutions

Fluent written and spoken English

• Full-stack experience, and a willingness to build whatever the problem needs
• You already build with AI coding tools such as Claude Code as part of how you work

Upper mid-level to senior professional software engineering experience

• Strong TypeScript, plus experience with a backend language such as Java or C#
• Experience owning problems end to end, balanced with an understanding of what enterprise clients need
• System design experience, ideally as the go-to architect for a complex system
• Experience building LLM-powered features in production

Preferred

• Experience building software for enterprise clients, ideally in regulated industries
