Senior Technical Program Manager

Join our team as a Senior Technical Program Manager, where you will lead the planning and execution of large-scale technology programs.

Responsibilities

• You will partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to define scope, success criteria, and program roadmaps.
• You will establish program governance, track dependencies and risks, and communicate with stakeholders.
• You will also translate complex technical concepts into clear business impacts and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, multi-phase technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and on-time delivery.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to define scope, success criteria, and program roadmaps across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and drive program governance, including status reporting, dependency and risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• This role requires a strong technical background, experience in program or project management, and excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand system architecture, data flows, integration patterns, and engineering trade-offs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated experience working closely with software engineering and product teams; familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern collaboration/tooling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data and metrics to inform decisions and prioritize work
• Bias for action and ownership; operates as a driver of outcomes rather than a coordinator of tasks
• 8+ years of experience in program or project management, including at least 4 years in a dedicated Technical Program Manager role
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data systems (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka)
• Ability to present to executive audiences with clarity and confidence, tailoring the depth of technical detail to the audience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment at all levels of the organization, including executives
• Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Preferred

• Exposure to AI/ML or enterprise data initiatives is preferred
• Experience in media, entertainment, or similarly fast-moving industries is preferred
