FP&A Analyst

Join our team as an FP&A Analyst, where you will be a strategic finance partner responsible for delivering advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support across the business. You will lead financial analysis and reporting, support budgeting and forecasting processes, develop financial models, perform variance analysis, and partner cross-functionally with various teams. Additionally, you will improve reporting quality and efficiency, prepare presentations for finance leadership, and provide guidance to junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for assigned functions or business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Own and support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and headcount planning processes in partnership with functional leaders.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to evaluate investments, initiatives, and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Typically 2+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling

MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred

• Experience partnering with business leaders and presenting insights to senior stakeholders required
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
