Provider Network - Operations || Manager

• The Provider Network Team manages service providers such as diagnostic centers, laboratories, clinics, and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire provider network across the South Zone.
• Identify new service providers based on business requirements.
• Empanel diagnostic centres, labs, clinics, and hospitals into the provider network.
• Negotiate commercial terms with providers to maintain company margins.
• Maintain strong relationships with service providers through regular meetings and follow-ups.
• Monitor service quality through regular audits and mystery checks.
• Track provider performance and utilization.
• Resolve service issues and improve service delivery.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly provider network reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Manage and guide the provider network team.

Requirements

• Graduate from a reputed institute in any discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good coordination and team management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working in a flat organization structure.
• Good communication skills in English, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi.
