Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Develop and support end-to-end ETL/Data Integration pipelines.
  • Implement and manage ALDA permissions, Row-Level Security (RLS), and data governance controls.
  • Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and KPI dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Build and enhance reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric components.
  • Develop and maintain GitHub-based operational, engineering, and governance reporting dashboards.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for reporting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.

Requirements

  • Power BI & Analytics Minimum 7+ years of experience in BI, Reporting, and Analytics.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI Dashboard Development.
  • Hands-on experience with DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, and Performance Optimization.
  • Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS) and enterprise reporting standards.
  • Knowledge of ALDA permissions and Microsoft reporting ecosystem.
  • Microsoft Fabric Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components.
  • Good understanding of Dataflows, Lakehouse, Semantic Models, and Reporting integration.
  • Ability to design scalable reporting solutions using Fabric architecture.
  • GitHub Reporting Experience developing GitHub-based engineering and operational reports.
  • Knowledge of GitHub data analysis, repository metrics, work item tracking, and reporting visualization.
  • Azure Basic understanding of Azure services and cloud architecture.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Services, Storage Accounts, and Identity & Access concepts.
  • Exposure to Azure-based reporting and analytics environments is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel Strong experience in Excel Dashboard Development and Data Analysis.
