Responsibilities

• Responsibilities KRA (Key Result Areas) KPI (Key Performance Indicators) Heads plan vs actual
• Planning / Execution To ensure the timly repair and maintenance of all pallets No of pallets on hold by QA or plant
• To standardzie the packing quatities for new model development Plan vs actual
• To ensure implemenataion of improvement plans as per CFT recommendation Plan vs actual
• To suggest and implement pallet and packing quantity improvement plans Delivery 1. To ensure the pallet availablity of pallet for production2. To ensure timle physical stock take of pallet all location in the country. 3. To ensure reconcilation of Pallets - System Vs Actual plan vs actual
• Safety To increase awareness levels by conducting regular safety meets in order to ensure safety parameters. number of safety audits .No. of restricted . of manday . of recordable injuries. Plan vs actual
• Manpower development To undertake training initiatives for self to facilitate learning and development opprtunities number of competency developed

Requirements

• Skills Managerical skill ,manpower handling& motivation skill.
• Qualification Diploma ( Mech)
• Knowledge Knowledge of IT system like , MS Office , Oracle modules
• Experience'(Number of years) 6~8 years
