Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the databases and data pipelines that feed your models, ensuring data is clean, structured, and production-ready;
  • Work closely with client teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI-powered solutions and process automation;
  • Partner with data analysts, BI developers, and consultants to combine AI capabilities with Power BI dashboards and broader data architecture;
  • Keep up with fast-moving developments in ML/LLM tooling and bring new techniques and best practices into our projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
  • Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience
  • in machine learning engineering, AI/LLM development, or a related discipline;
  • Strong experience with
  • and ML frameworks such as
  • PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar;
  • Practical experience working with
  • LLMs
  • SQL skills
  • and experience designing and working with relational or analytical databases;

Familiarity with

  • software engineering practices, including Git, testing, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker);
  • such as Azure, AWS, or similar, and/or Microsoft Fabric;
  • Fluent English, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences;
  • proactive mindset, curiosity, and strong attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Exposure to
  • MLOps tooling

Design & build ML/LLM solutions

Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and large language model solutions - from predictive models and classifiers to GenAI applications, chatbots, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems;

Engineer for production

Apply solid software engineering practices - version control, testing, CI/CD, monitoring - to take models from prototype to reliable, scalable production systems;

Requirements

  • Python, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, or agentic workflows;
  • Solid
  • Experience or comfort working with cloud platforms

Nice to Have

Experience with

Power BI or other BI tools;

Previous freelance or consulting experience, particularly working with cross-functional teams.

The final monthly salary for this position ranges from EUR 3000 to EUR 4000 gross, depending on your previous experience and performance during the interview process in Lithuania. We are open to hiring from other EU countries and would adjust the salary range accordingly.
