LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)- 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• As an LPN at RiverMead, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents by:
• Conducting resident assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Developing and updating individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Promoting resident dignity, safety, and quality of life

Weekend Differential

• +$1.50/hour
• (Friday 5 PM – Sunday midnight)

What You’ll Do

Delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care

• Performing therapeutic procedures, including wound care, immunizations, and infection management
• Collaborating closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current New Hampshire LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care
