Endpoint Management | Intune / SCCM

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM activities.
• Deploy and monitor software updates and patch management processes.
• Support operating system, application and package deployment.
• Implement unattended device installation and configuration processes using SCCM, MDT, task sequences, BitLocker and MBAM.
• Administer devices, users, groups, policies, security, compliance, reporting and enrolment in Microsoft Intune.
• Create, monitor and manage deployment rings.
• Perform reporting and troubleshooting activities.
• Update and document tickets handled.
• Create and maintain technical and operational documentation.

Main responsibilities

Knowledge of Microsoft Windows. Knowledge of computer hardware. Basic knowledge of computer networks. Spoken and written English. A driving licence valid in Portugal. Availability to travel.

ITIL knowledge or certification. Location: Picoas, Lisboa (on-Site)
