• Map and document end-to-end processes and SOPs for Member Operations, ensuring clarity and understanding for frontline teams.
• Build and organise the member knowledge base, structuring and tagging content for easy access and reliability.
• Collaborate with various teams to prepare process packs and SOPs ahead of product launches and system changes.
