Front Desk Agent

Join our team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be responsible for building positive relations with guests and team members, ensuring high-quality service, and managing check-in and check-out processes. You will also handle guest reservations, payments, and account postings, while maintaining knowledge of hotel occupancy status and special events. Previous hotel experience and familiarity with hotel operating systems are preferred. The target compensation range is $15.00 per hour.

• Establecer relaciones positivas con los huéspedes y miembros del equipo, y garantizar un servicio de alta calidad.
• Realizar procesos de check-in y check-out de manera amigable, profesional y oportuna, y asignar habitaciones a los huéspedes.
• Manejar pagos y cuentas de los huéspedes de manera eficiente, oportuna y precisa, y mantener el conocimiento del estado de ocupación del hotel.
