Supervisor - Surveillance

• Provide hands-on leadership to the surveillance department, ensuring effective monitoring of casino operations.
• Review and maintain appropriate staffing levels, and carry out supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, and performance appraisal.
• Complete all government reporting and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
