Manager - Security Special Events and Projects

Join our team as a Manager of Security Special Events and Projects. In this role, you will manage various security teams, oversee pre-opening security projects, develop and implement security policies, and plan and execute customized security operations for special events. You will also coordinate with various departments and serve as the primary security liaison for VIPs and dignitaries. Additionally, you will manage security incidents and emergencies, conduct assessments and drills, and prepare detailed reports.

Plan and execute customized security and crowd-management operations for conventions, concerts, theater performances, weddings, banquets, corporate summits, VIP visits, dignitary details, and other special events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the K9 team, Executive Protection team, armed personnel, contractors, and event-specific security resources.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, systems, and standards for property openings, expansions, renovations, new venues, and major projects.
