Chemistry / Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry Location: Nakkapalli Employment: Full-time Key Responsibilities Assist senior scientists in executing laboratory experiments and chemical reactions. Perform organic synthesis, reaction monitoring, work-up and purification under supervision. Prepare samples, reagents, standards and solutions according to SOPs. Support process development, optimization and scale-up activities. Operate basic laboratory equipment and analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR and pH meter, depending on the role. Assist in interpretation of analytical results and experimental data. Maintain laboratory notebooks, raw data, sample records and other R&D documentation. Follow GLP, GMP/cGMP, SOPs and laboratory safety procedures . Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of chemicals. Maintain laboratory equipment and check calibration status. Perform literature searches to support ongoing R&D projects. Prepare experimental summaries, weekly updates and project reports. Communicate experimental observations and abnormal results to the senior scientist. Work collaboratively with Analytical R&D, QC, QA, Production and other cross-functional teams. These responsibilities closely match current fresher R&D openings, where candidates support reactions, analytical-result interpretation, documentation, equipment maintenance, calibration and cGMP/GLP compliance.
