Responsibilities

  • Design and develop MCP Servers and integrations with enterprise tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, ArgoCD, SonarQube, and Artifactory.
  • Build Agentic AI workflows for code reviews, ticket automation, pipeline triage, and release management.
  • Implement RAG, embeddings, and semantic search to improve AI context and response quality.
  • Develop secure AI solutions with authentication, authorization, guardrails, and policy enforcement.
  • Build evaluation, monitoring, and observability capabilities for AI systems and agents.
  • Develop cloud-native services using Python, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Product, Platform, Security, and AI SRE teams.

Requirements

  • Python, Go, Agentic AI, MCP, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, DevOps, Kubernetes

3–5+ years

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Software Development, DevOps, or enterprise applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Go.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks such as LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Ray.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, including GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, ArgoCD, and Artifactory.
  • Knowledge of APIs, authentication, access control, and secure software development.

Preferred

  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) services.
  • Knowledge of AI Security, guardrails, red teaming, and AI evaluations.
  • Experience with RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Contributions to open-source AI or DevOps projects.
