Associate, Facilities – Bilingual Job Description The Facility Associate ensures our building remains safe, functional, and efficient. This role is a hands-on position responsible for general maintenance, minor repairs (plumbing/electrical/HVAC), and facility support.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain site infrastructure and resolve issues to support daily operations.
• The Facility Associate is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the operational efficiency of the facility's systems and equipment.
• This role includes general maintenance, repairs, and support for daily operations.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• General Maintenance Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly to ensure facility functionality.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
• Repairs and Support Handle minor repairs involving plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance work.
• Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Safety and Compliance Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Conduct safety audits and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any hazardous conditions or incidents to management.
• Inventory Management Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Assist in ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
• Maintain organized storage areas for tools and supplies.
• Customer Service Respond to facility-related inquiries and requests from employees and visitors.
• Provide an excellent level of service while addressing maintenance concerns efficiently.

Requirements

• Basic technical repair knowledge, safety compliance, and strong problem-solving abilities.
