Contracts Manager

As a Contracts Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth by reviewing and negotiating sales agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing contract processes. Responsibilities

• Ownership of reviewing, redlining, and negotiating sales contracts, escalating key issues to stakeholders as appropriate.
• Collaboration with company attorneys to ensure contracts reflect current legal and compliance requirements.
• Enhancement and application of playbooks, policies, and processes to ensure consistency and conformance in contracts.
• Experience managing a high volume of tasks for multiple stakeholders simultaneously and prioritizing based on greatest positive impact to the business

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience with drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (with a heavy emphasis on sales agreements)
• Superior business acumen and a commitment to providing responsive support to our teams and to getting things done
• Experience with contracting for artificial intelligence services, contract management systems and success in a high-growth tech environment are all a plus
• Effective communicator with the ability to interact with both internal and external professionals of all types and backgrounds; and
• Energetic and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a sense of humor
• Familiar with following and developing contracts playbooks
• Ability to analyze and review a broad range of global sales contracts including Master Services Agreements, Order Forms, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders, Service Level Agreements, etc.
