Talent Partner

Kooth, a leading digital mental health platform, as a Talent Partner. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to support hiring across key areas of the business. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across the UK/EU, provide guidance on role scope and candidate profiles, and deliver a consistent and fair hiring process. You will also contribute to improving how we assess talent and reduce bias, and support employer branding efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across the UK/EU, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
• Track and use hiring data to inform your work, contributing to hiring updates and reporting.

Requirements

Experience recruiting in a fast-paced or scaling environment

• Experience with structured interviewing or a willingness to learn
• Excellent organisational skills, with a proactive approach to managing competing priorities
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with the ability to independently manage the end-to-end hiring process
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers

Preferred

• Previous recruitment experience in technology, digital health, mental health, or health tech environments is a plus
