Learning & Engagement Task Lead

MacMore is seeking a full-time Learning & Engagement Task Lead to support a pending contract award for the General Services Administration’s Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS).

Responsibilities

• Washington, DC | Full-time Key Responsibilities Lead learning-needs assessment, semiannual gap analysis, curriculum planning, training delivery, and effectiveness assessment.
• Coordinate instructional design, acquisition subject matter expertise, learning systems, and training administration.
• Keep learning products aligned with changes in policy, processes, systems, and technology, and update priorities based on user feedback and performance needs.
• Adult learning, needs assessment, curriculum planning, and training evaluation.
• Coordination of instructional designers, instructors, learning systems, and administrators.
• Ability to align learning priorities with operational needs.

Requirements

• relevant bachelor’s degree or permitted equivalent.
