Lead / Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer (Console Experience)

Responsibilities

• Posséder des initiatives majeures de console depuis la découverte précoce et la conception technique jusqu'à la mise en œuvre, le déploiement, la mesure et l'itération.
• Traduire des concepts cloud complexes, y compris le cycle de vie de l'informatique, le réseau, l'identité, la gouvernance, le support, l'utilisation et la facturation, en flux de travail client intuitifs.
• Communicate technical decisions clearly through design documents, diagrams, reviews, and direct collaboration
• Are highly proficient with modern frontend development, including React and TypeScript
• Invest in the growth and effectiveness of the engineers around you
• Take ownership of production outcomes, including testing, observability, incident response, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Balance short-term delivery with reliability, maintainability, and long-term architectural health
• Can bring structure and momentum to ambiguous problems without waiting for every requirement to be defined
• Have strong product judgment and care deeply about usability, especially when presenting complex technical systems
• Can design and reason about APIs, service boundaries, data models, asynchronous workflows, and distributed-system failure modes
• Build alignment across teams without relying on organizational authority
• Have led the design and delivery of substantial customer-facing systems in a fast-moving environment
• Have extensive experience building and operating production web applications across the frontend and backend
• Experience building a cloud console, infrastructure product, or enterprise SaaS application

Preferred

• Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, identity and access management, or cloud control planes
• Experience evolving a frontend architecture or design system across multiple teams
