Machine Learning Engineering Manager (Core Ads Ranking)

Join Reddit as a Machine Learning Engineering Manager for the Core Ads Ranking team. In this role, you will shape and scale Reddit's foundational modeling and deep user-understanding roadmap, collaborating with various teams and overseeing the model development lifecycle. You will also recruit, mentor, and retain ML talent while fostering a culture of growth and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• 6+ years of experience building and scaling machine learning models, and working with state-of-the-art machine learning models
• Experience working with foundational models, user understanding, or content understanding
• 1+ years of management experience leading ML-focused teams
• Proven ability to train, evaluate, and deploy large-scale models

Preferred

• Experience with Ads is a plus
