The position offers attractive compensation, growth budgets, free daily lunches, mental health support, and other benefits.
Responsibilities

- Process-improvement mindset: a track record of spotting inefficiencies and helping the team fix them, including with automation and AI tooling, with human-in-the-loop checkpoints on regulated or investor-facing output
- Stakeholder management: experience working with fund administrators, auditors, Finance, Legal and IR, and keeping complex, deadline-driven processes on track

- Strong technical grasp of private equity fund structures and accounting concepts, including capital account mechanics, waterfall and carried interest calculations, and standard performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, DPI)
Preferred
- Comfort with SQL or light scripting (e.g. Python) is a strong plus
